Purchase items?
You can purchase greeblie molds, figures, accessories, and play sets, and everything else through the Pmps’ main store. Everything is made to order, but I do keep a small random inventory, and small surprises are added at seasonal times!
Turn a round time?
Since this is currently a one man operation, after payment has cleared, one to two weeks is needed to get your item(s) made and to post. A little patience on your part goes a long way. Custom, bulk, and commission orders vary by customer and are discussed beforehand via email.
Do you do commissions?
Contact us for a one on one! We’ll discuss budget, taxes, gifts, extras, confidentially. Any questions welcome. Remember, each commission is a one of a kind or part of a limited run, (I also do small commission runs), that only you will have to enjoy! I keep in contact with my customers through email and social media. These are one of a kind, high quality, hand mixed and poured, sculpted, painted, etc, made just for you, the customer. From maker to owner! I love the process, I hope you love the product!
Keep in mind!
Custom artwork, sculptures and figures are intended as low run or prototypes. One of a kind or a small amount. They take many hours to complete and are designed with massive detail with the customer in mind. Treated gently and not for kids, they should last. If something breaks, gets lost, contact me and we will make it as right as we can! Most items can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth or recommended dollar store make up brush set! No refunds on custom products, store credit is available. Refunds offered in extreme cases only.
Shipping charges?
Some of my products are absolutely free shipping and are clearly marked! All others are calculated at checkout. Basically, if it’s listed as free tax and free shipping, it is coming directly from Pmp. We use a drop shipping company for our clothing, please read the complete shipping terms for some housewares, all clothing, accessories, and printed goods. Once initial payment has been made, cleared, and shipped, we will not be responsible for extra charges of any kind. We are located in Canada so all prices are in Canadian funds, for now, but we will be accepting other forms of exchange soon! UPDATE! Due to current issues in the shipping world, please email me.
